Our Mission
Our mission is to continue the tradition of our firm of providing high-quality civil engineering and land surveying services for the betterment of our community clientele with a relentless work ethic, efficient project solutions, and professional character.
Our History
The firm was originally founded by R.M. Hollier, C.E. in 1898 with Morgan Goudeau, Jr, C.E. joining the firm in 1928, and then becoming the sole owner in 1937 of Morgan Goudeau Engineering and Land Surveying. In 1962 the firm became Morgan Goudeau & Associates, and in 1978 the firm was incorporated in the State of Louisiana. Robert Wolfe, Jr., P.E., P.L.S. and William Jarrell, III, P.E. acquired equal ownership of the firm in 1984, and since 2020 share equal ownership with David Jarrell, P.L.S., E.I., Jacob Jarrell, P.L.S., E.I., and Kenny Boagni, III, P.E., P.L.S.
